Customer Strategy Lead
As Customer Strategy Lead, you'll be a strategic partner to our customers during onboarding and early adoption. You'll lead implementation, guide configuration decisions, and help customers align our platform with their internal systems and financial workflows. Your work ensures not only a successful go-live, but real, measurable value. This is a hybrid role — part consultant, part implementation lead, part product strategist. You’ll also serve as a key voice of the customer internally, helping shape product development and refining how we sell and deliver our solution.
