Customer Strategy Lead
As Customer Strategy Lead, you'll be a strategic partner to our customers during onboarding and early adoption. You'll lead implementation, guide configuration decisions, and help customers align our platform with their internal systems and financial workflows. Your work ensures not only a successful go-live, but real, measurable value. This is a hybrid role — part consultant, part implementation lead, part product strategist. You’ll also serve as a key voice of the customer internally, helping shape product development and refining how we sell and deliver our solution. If you love solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic customer onboarding: Act as a trusted advisor to new customers, shaping how our platform integrates with their financial workflows and aligns with their broader business objectives.
- Architect high-impact solutions: Collaborate closely with finance leaders to design and guide platform adoption in ways that drive operational efficiency, insight generation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Champion customer success and value realization: Define and drive success metrics post-sale, ensuring our customers achieve meaningful ROI through sustained engagement and strategic platform use.
- Be the voice of the customer in product: Surface recurring customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to help shape our product roadmap and ensure we’re building what matters most.
- Shape our go-to-market strategy: Use your on-the-ground insight to inform how we position, package, and deliver our offering — helping refine messaging, ideal customer profile, and delivery motion.
What you'll bring
- 2–4 years of experience at a top consulting firm or in a strategy/operations role at a tech company
- Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and workflows
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats — typical in early-stage startups
- A problem-solver mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership
What will make you stand out
- Experience with SaaS implementations or enterprise software delivery
- Familiarity with ERP, FP&A, or accounting systems
- Experience collaborating with product teams or contributing to product strategy
- Comfort with AI tools and a curiosity about their role in transforming finance
