Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the core workflows that power our operating system for the CFO. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and customers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver seamless, intelligent experiences that finance teams can trust and rely on. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a bias for action, and is excited to work on deeply technical, user-centric problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product development end-to-end: Define, prioritize, and execute product requirements across our AI-powered platform, with a focus on agentic workflows tailored to finance teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure features are built to spec, tested thoroughly, and launched successfully.
- Engage directly with users: Talk to finance leaders and operators to deeply understand their goals, pain points, and workflows — and translate those insights into product solutions.
- Make data-informed decisions: Use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide prioritization and iterate quickly.
- Help shape our product strategy: Provide input into long-term vision and product roadmap as we scale the platform across finance domains.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally at a SaaS, fintech, or data platform company.
- Experience working on complex systems or data-heavy products — bonus if you've shipped user-facing features powered by AI or automation.
- Strong product instincts, with a desire to build polished, intuitive experiences for a high-trust user base (e.g., CFOs, FP&A teams, finance analysts).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
- Based in the EU and able to overlap with CET working hours.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Exposure to finance workflows, ERP or FP&A systems, or experience building tools for internal operators.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models and agentic architectures.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a 0-to-1 product environment.
- Technical background or ability to closely partner with engineers on complex systems.
