Key responsibilities

• Translate design concepts into developer-ready solutions
• Build no-code prototypes to present ideas to stakeholders and test with end users
• Recruit users, conduct usability tests, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across a suite of products
• Track and analyze how well the product meets user needs and preferences over time
• Identify and recommend opportunities for product improvements
• Facilitate and support ideation workshops to generate and refine ideas
• Present design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Assist engineers throughout the implementation process to ensure design fidelity
